Being athletic is not only a matter of appearance, it is also a matter of knowing yourself, learning discipline, being happy with your life and feeling great. My goal for you is not to get you in shape in the shortest amount of time but to help you create a good work-life-sport balance. A personal training gives you the opportunity to work at your own pace.
My job as a personal trainer is to give you guidance during your fitness journey but it is you who has go go walk the walk.

Oliver Waldbillig - about me
I have been practicing sport since I could crawl.
I started my gymnastics career at the age of 5 and was a member of Luxembourg’s National Artistic Gymnastics team for 15 years. During this time I gained several titles at the Luxembourgish Championships, 2 medals at the JPEE (Games of the small States of Europe) and I was also selected to represent my country at several European Championships.
I have retired from competitive gymnastics and work now as a personal trainer for all levels.
I also train(ed) kids and teenagers at club and national level. Next to this I help athletes to get better at their sport by working on their strength & conditioning as an athletic coach.
Coaching Methods
My coaching strategy is based on bodyweight and functional training/calisthenics but I am not shy using weights, if the client is up for it. The advantage of functional training is that you can do it without any equipment. You learn how to control your body. It is not just lifting weights where you only use specific muscle groups. I want to give you the opportunity to do your workout, wherever and whenever you want, since you do not need equipment.
It is always possible to add equipment, like resistance bands, TRX, pull up bars, weights... but it is not required.
You only need a yoga mat, workout clothes and motivation.
Healthy lifestyle
Only working out is not enough. Your lifestyle like nutrition, stress level,... is also very important to live a healthy balanced life.
I won't give you crash diets, nor do I promise that you will lose 2kg or more in a week. These kinds of diets work, but are not sustainable. You will gain the kilos back and possibly more.
I want to help you to change your nutrition and workout in the long term, so there is no need for a diet and renouncing everything pleasant you like, but that needs time.
Finally eating healthy is also eating with a certain responsibility, which means to eating organic and sustainable food. Click here for more
