Strength & conditioning (préparation physique) is an essential tool in order to increase the performances of a team or athletes in general. Getting them better results in their competitions and matches, helps preventing injuries or getting an athlete back into the field after an injury.
A good athlete does not only need to be good at his/her* sport but has to have a wide foundation of physical abilities depending on the sport. Such as speed, strength, endurance, agility,....
